Sound Therapy at Home for Depression and Anxiety.

What is the Best Sound Therapy at home?

I’m often asked what are the best sound frequency to listen to at home to help with anxiety and depression.

So in the past, I’ve encouraged my clients mostly to incorporate sound-healing instruments like tuning forks, singing bowls, and voice into their daily wellness practice.

Then I found that not many individuals could commit to healing tools due to the learning curve, price, and convenience of use.

For anyone struggling with any mood disorders using daily recorded frequency will be of great help!

Recorded frequency can be a very beneficial tool when you want to relax and not play your own instrument. It can be used anywhere you go, just find a quiet place where you can close your eyes and relax.

For the past few years, I’ve been testing and trying out many options for easy sound delivery at home. And I found that not many sound recordings deliver quality healing sound.

Recently I have been experimenting with a new Sound Therapy Program that delivers high-quality healing sound and frequency, and I think you’ll enjoy it too.

I am so excited to see sound healing arts grow in our homes.

But how does sound helps with depression and anxiety, and how can you incorporate sound therapy at home today?

Let’s explore.

How Music Affects The Mood 🧠

When we enjoy music, it impacts the pleasure center in the brain by targeting the dopamine system.

Furthermore, listening to music engages many regions in the brain that trigger connections and create associations with memories, affecting our overall mood.

Sound can also stimulate the production of endorphins, the body’s natural pain-relieving chemicals.

Research suggests that sound healing may be an effective treatment for depression, with one study finding that patients who received sound therapy had a reduction in symptoms after just eight weeks.

What Water Has To Do With Sound Healing?

water and sound healing

Have you ever considered what water has to do with sound healing? The two are actually intimately connected.

Water is a powerful element that can ease pain and promote healing. When used correctly, water can help to speed up the healing process.

Sound healing therapy is based on the premise that our bodies are mostly water, and that sound waves can help to reduce stress and promote healing by affecting the water molecules in our cells. The theory is that when we are exposed to certain frequencies of sound, it can help to bring our bodies into a state of balance and harmony.

The importance of water in Sound Healing

We have to remember the building blocks of life. Water, air, and sunlight!

Without water, the body cannot properly flush out toxins and heal itself. Nothing can properly communicate in the cells without water.

The body is made up of cells, and each cell is made up of water. When the body is injured, the cells are damaged and need to be repaired.

The body uses water to repair the cells and flush out toxins.

Water is essential for the healing process!

Drinking plenty of water is crucial for anyone who is recovering from an injury, or illness, or undergoing sound therapy. Proper hydration helps the body to repair and heal faster.

Good hydration before and after Sound Therapy

Before and after a sound therapy session, it is essential to drink plenty of water. A hydrated body will flush out the toxins that have been released from the cells during the session.

A hydrated body will receive the session with more ease and flow because water conducts sound in the body. When the body is adequately hydrated, the cells are able to function at their optimal level.

In dihydrated body symptoms of “detox” can accrue which can be very uncomfortable. This can be prevented with proper hydration.

Depending on the length and intensity of the sound session, you may need to drink more than eight glasses of water per day. It is important to listen to your body and drink when you are thirsty.

How much water should I drink?

Most people know they should drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water daily, but that’s not necessarily the ideal amount for some. The amount of water each person needs depends on many factors, including their age, gender, activity level, weight, kidney health, and whether they’re pregnant or breastfeeding.

For example, people who exercise need to drink more water than sedentary people to stay hydrated.

  • About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men
  • About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women

“It’s possible to take in too much water if you have certain health conditions, such as thyroid disease or kidney, liver, or heart problems; or if you’re taking medications that make you retain water, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), opiate pain medications, and some antidepressants.” Harward health publishing

How to improve the quality of water for the best cellular osmosis?

Water without minerals is empty water. You need minerals in your water for it properly hydrates the body.

After the water has been filtered it will remove harmful bacteria and chemicals as well as good minerals.

The easiest way to make sure my water is full of minerals I utilize a Sole solution. This method allows me to produce Sole water with plenty of minerals right in my own home with ease.

All you need is pure water + Pink Himalayan salt or Celtic Sea salt. Personally, I use both.

Conclusion

Water is a key element in human life and an integral part of healing. Not only does it keep our bodies hydrated, but it also helps flush out toxins. Anyone going through sound therapy must understand that it is the water that helps remove toxins from the body. And one should be aware of the fact that the body needs water to be able to function well and to eliminate or reduce detox load after the session.

The Healing Power of Sound: An Ancient Practice with Modern Benefits

Sound therapy at home - benefits

Sound healing is an ancient practice that is enjoying a resurgence in popularity. Though often thought to be New-Age quackery, sound healing is actually backed by a great deal of scientific research.

Sound healing can be used to treat a variety of ailments, both mental and physical. In this blog post, we will explore some of the ways that you can use sound healing at home to improve your health and well-being.

What is sound therapy?

Sound therapy is an evidence-based practice that uses music or other auditory stimuli to improve a person’s health or well-being. It is also known as music therapy or auditory stimulation therapy.

Sound therapy has been shown to be effective in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and even in the home.

Why is sound therapy effective?

Sound therapy is effective because it works with the body’s natural healing mechanisms. The human body is designed to heal itself, and sound therapy can help to facilitate this process.

When we are exposed to sound waves, they travel through our bodies and interact with our cells. This interaction can cause the cells to vibrate, which in turn can lead to a variety of health benefits.

Who can benefit from sound therapy?

Sound therapy can be used to treat a variety of conditions, both mental and physical.

Some of the conditions that sound therapy has been shown to be effective for include: anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, pain, migraines, and chronic fatigue.

Sound therapy can also be used to improve cognitive function and memory.

In addition, sound therapy has been shown to be helpful for people who are recovering from substance abuse.

How beneficial is it to use sound healing frequencies at home?

Maintaining body homeostasis with sound at home is a practice that can be incredibly effective.

One popular way is to use music or other auditory stimuli to reduce stress and improve sleep.

This can be done by listening to calming music before bed, or by playing the singing bowl or other soothing sounds.

All recordings we listen to – It includes all Youtube videos, CDs, MP3s, and other digital files we lose some of the analog quality that is required for healing, so it’s always more powerful to listen to live healing instruments. Even though the recording is still very valuable!

Tuning forks and singing bowls.

Tuning forks and singing bowls are two popular types of sound therapy tools used at home. Tuning forks are often used to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

They work by emitting vibrations that help to reset the body’s natural frequency.

Singing bowls are thought to increase energy levels and promote self-healing. They work by emitting vibrations that help to stimulate the body’s natural healing process.

If you working with a sound therapist your therapist can guide you on the right tools and exercises for you.

I have partnered with Sacred Waves Store. They supply high-quality Healing Tools at compatible prices. If you looking for professional-grade tuning forks they got a lot to choose from. If you purchase through this site I get a small compensation but there is no extra cost to you. 🙏

Voice toning.

Voice toning is a popular type of sound therapy that involves using your own voice to create healing vibrations. These vibrations can be used to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Voice toning is also thought to improve engagement and focus. Since you always have your voice with you, it is considered to be an effective self-healing tool.

Best time to use sound for therapy at home.

There is no wrong time to use sound as therapy at home. However, some people find it helpful to use sound in the evening before bed.

This can help to promote a sense of calm and relaxation, making it easier to fall asleep.

Others find it helpful to use sound in the morning, as it can help to increase energy levels and improve focus and concentration.

When using sound therapy for relaxation, it is best to listen to calming music or other soothing sounds.

If you are using sound therapy for self-healing, using voice toning and/or sounds like tuning forks and singing bowls is most useful.

At-home Healing with Sound vs Professional Sound Therapy.

Home sound therapy is a great way to get started with sound healing, and it can be a convenient and affordable option for people who want to experience the benefits of sound therapy.

However, more serious conditions are more likely to be effectively addressed by sound therapists – especially in the beginning stages of healing.

Professional sound therapists are trained to use a variety of techniques to target specific needs, and they can provide a more customized and targeted approach to sound therapy.

If you’re new to sound therapy and not quite ready to commit to a professional session – home sound therapy is a great way to get introduced to this healing modality.

In conclusion, sound therapy is a practical and reasonable method for general well-being and overall health maintenance in a home setting.

Sound therapy is an extremely effective self-healing tool that can be used to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve concentration and focus.

At-home sound therapy gives you the power to heal yourself, and when you take control of your healing process, you are taking control of your own health and well-being.

What Is The Assemblage Point?

This critical point that feeds us energy is no longer a mystery.

The Assemblage Point is the central place where the human biofield merges with our physical body, which is directly connected with our life-force energy.

Assemblage Point Realignment at Home

In a healthy adult, the Assemblage Point is found in the center of the chest at the nipple line; it’s commonly a tender or sensitive area of skin to the touch, and it’s approximately 0.5 – 1.0 cm in diameter.

With the help of modern Infrared technology, we can find and measure our Assemblage Point location.

The Assemblage Point location is slightly higher for women than men.

The state of the Assemblage Point has a direct effect on our physical and psychological well-being. When the Assemblage Point is in alignment, we feel our best. As soon as the Assemblage Point is out of alignment, you may feel unwell or uneasy.

How the Assemblage Point gets out of its place?

Any extensive stress and unresolved trauma can shift the Assemblage Point off its center. The more out of balance this point gets, the worse you might feel.

We can adjust/move the positioning of the assemblage point by seeing an Assemblage Point practitioner, or you can listen to the supporting frequency, which can help re-tune your Assemblage Point to its ideal location.
