-Follow-Up Session

Everyone’s circumstances are different – plan follow-up sessions per your individual needs.

I recommend you listen to your body and reach out for support when you feel it’s most valuable for you!

All Follow-Up sessions are 90 min with your choice of 1 hour or 2 hours of Integration time.

Regular Follow-up sessions include up to 1 hrs of Integration/rest time.

Extended Follow-up sessions include 2 hours of Integration/rest time. (morning only)

If you require additional support between your sessions I now offer over-the-phone and in-person Integration.

Each Follow-Up session is tailored to your needs at a given moment.

Please wear comfortable clothing for your sessions without zippers, buttons, or belts. A T-shirt, yoga pants, joggers, or sweatpants are perfect for this session. All sessions are done entirely clothed lying on the massage table or sitting in a chair. You will be asked to remove your shoes, so please wear or bring a pair of socks for your comfort.

Drink plenty of water before your session as water holds sound-conductive properties. To help the body eliminate toxins released during the therapy, hydrating with sufficient water after appointments is highly beneficial.

Grounding/Earthing daily is essential to help the body discharge an energetic field and to bring the body back into its natural state of flow. It’s suggested you find some time outside after each sound session to ground yourself.

Because we are encouraging the flow in the body, sometimes a person can have a response that looks like a detox. Epsom salt bath or foot soak for 25-40 minutes after a session can help decrease such a response.

Move and stretch your body! Yoga or stretching moves the lymph and encourages the body to release.

Be sure to schedule time for yourself after each session. After your appointment go for a walk outside or get a cup of your favorite drink and just be. Be gentle with yourself, allow emotions to surface, and don’t judge yourself, regardless of how you need to process.

Don’t try to rush the process!

Each individual will go through a different experience during and after the session. Documenting your discoveries can be a good tool for your next session. Come into the session with the intention that is important for you at the time.

It’s healthful to write down what you have experienced after each session. Start a journal if you like. Notice what is different in your inner world and what has changed. Become mindful of your progress and changes.
