The basic principle of sound healing is the concept of resonance.
The entire Universe is in a state of vibration, including you. 😊
Every organ, cell, bone, tissue, and liquid of the body, and the electromagnetic fields which surround the body, has a vibratory frequency.
If we are not resonating with some part of ourselves or our surroundings, we become dissonant and therefore unhealthy, our naturally healthy frequency becomes a frequency that vibrates without harmony, creating illness.
Each organ has its own keynote frequency that resonates with the particular nutrients, minerals, and sound vibrations required for function.
For example, the colon vibrates to the note of B, while the liver vibrates to the note of G. The keynote frequencies found in the body are the same in music. When an individual experiences pain, health difficulties, physical decline, or inflammation, it is because the balance of frequencies has been disrupted or interrupted by discordance.

At this session, we will determine the most suitable follow-up sound/energy therapy visit for you.
BioSound therapy on a routine basis has been found to be effective for stress reduction, and anxiety ease and it has been shown to offer many other health benefits.

BioSound Therapy implements powerful low-frequency sounds (30-68 Hz) delivering a resonant acoustic frequency. A variety of singing bowls, tuning forks, and Biophoton Light therapy are utilized in your energy fields to ease and release the “subtle body” tension.
Before and after your sound therapy session:
Please wear comfortable clothing for your sessions without zippers, buttons, or belts. A T-shirt, yoga pants, joggers, or sweatpants are perfect for this session. All sessions are done entirely clothed lying down on the massage table or sitting down in the chair. You will be asked to remove your shoes, so please wear or bring a pair of socks for your comfort.
Drink plenty of water before your session, water holds sound-conductive properties. To help the body eliminate toxins released during the therapy, hydrating with sufficient water after appointments is highly beneficial.
Grounding/Earthing daily is essential to help the body discharge an energetic field and to bring the body back into its natural state of flow. It’s suggested you find some time after each sound session to Earth yourself outside.
Because we are encouraging the flow in the body, sometimes a person can have a response that looks like a detox. Epsom salts bath or foot soak for 25-40 minutes after therapy can help decrease such a response.
Be sure to schedule time for yourself after your sessions. If you can, take time after your appointment and go for a walk outside or get a cup of your favorite drink and just be. Be gentle with yourself, allow emotions to surface, and don’t judge yourself, regardless of how you need to process.
Each individual will go through a different experience during and after the session. Documenting your discoveries can be a good tool for your next session. Come into the session with the intention that is important for you at the time.
It’s healthful to write down what you have experienced after each session. Start a journal if you like. Notice what is different in your internal world and what has changed. Become mindful of your progress and changes.
Go into your first sessions with an open mind—Trust your gut and don’t be afraid to sit with some discomfort, especially initially. After all sound therapy is a process of unveiling parts of yourself that possibly have been neglected for a very long period of time. And this uncovering can feel uncomfortable to some individuals, especially in the beginning.
