Waiting From the Divine In the Sky?

In each of us lies a spark of Divinity, an element of the cosmic dance, making us participants in the Divine materializing.

We are not merely passive observers in this grand cosmic dance, but active co-creators.

Begin your search inward, for you are an embodiment of the Divine itself!

The material world we see, touch, and experience is but a fraction of reality. It’s like the tip of an iceberg, visible yet hiding the vast majority of its true self.

Beyond the tangible, there exists an intangible realm, a domain that transcends matter – we call this the Source Reality, God, and many other names.

This Source Reality is not a distant, unattainable concept.

It resides within you and me, interwoven with our very being.

It isn’t mystical or elusive; it’s as real as your heartbeat, as present as your breath!

Imagine the Power that binds galaxies, the energy that fuels and explodes stars.

This Energy isn’t confined to the far reaches of the cosmos – it’s within you, and me, waiting to be discovered, understood, and utilized.

So, instead of waiting for and bending in reverence to an external deity, recognize the Divine essence within you.

You and I are not just a drop in the ocean, but the entire ocean in a drop.

The Universe isn’t out there, it’s within YOU!

Turning Struggles Into Strength

The journey of life isn’t always smooth sailing; we may encounter turbulence in the form of a soul-shattering separation or the abrupt departure of someone dear to us.

Often, when we’re caught in these storms of distress, our earthly conditioning is to pull away, to escape.

You see, hardship is an intrinsic part of life. It’s the spark that ignites growth. And without growth, we can’t really call it life, can we?

So, rather than running away from suffering, use it as fuel to Power Up your life!

Think of suffering as a springboard to growth. It’s like a real-life video game. You struggle, you gain experience, and you level up.

Every obstacle you conquer is like defeating a monster in a game, earning you experience points and boosting your abilities.

Don’t shy away from the dragons in your life!

Stand tall, face them, and emerge stronger!

Once you grasp that struggles are stepping stones to growth, they become less daunting.

Imagine being a block of stone. Each strike of the hammer might hurt, but if you embrace and guide those strikes, you transform into a beautiful sculpture.

It’s all about changing your perspective and finding joy in the journey because, with every strike, you’re becoming a stronger, more resilient masterpiece.

Remember, your viewpoint shapes your experience. By shifting your perspective, you can alter your experiences.

Consider your struggles as a ladder to the Power within!

Become an expert in turning struggle into strength, just like transforming coal into a diamond.

So, when life seems tough, don’t drown in despair.

Use a break-up as a lesson in understanding what you truly desire in a relationship, and let it be a stepping stone towards self-reliance. See a loss as a chance to kickstart a new journey.

Change your outlook and use it as a tool to become an even stronger version of yourself.

Don’t detach from life; instead, welcome it with open arms, celebrate the struggles, and you’ll radiate an Invincible Power.

Connection Between Water and Sound Healing

water and sound healing

Have you ever pondered the relationship between water and sound healing? They’re more closely linked than you might think!

Water, this magical element, has the power to alleviate pain and stimulate healing. Used wisely, water can accelerate the healing journey.

The Role of Water in Sound Healing

Let’s take a step back and think about the essentials of life – water, air, and sunlight.

Without water, our body struggles to eliminate toxins and heal on its own. No cellular communication can happen without water.

Imagine our body as a city of cells, and each cell as a house made of water. When the city is attacked (injury), houses are damaged (cells) and need repair.

Water plays the role of a repair crew, reconstructing cells and flushing toxins out. Essentially, water is the hero of the healing process!

Staying well-hydrated is exceptionally crucial for those recovering from an illness or injury, or those participating in sound therapy. Proper hydration aids faster repair and healing.

Hydration: Before and After Sound Therapy

Hydration is key, especially before and after a sound therapy session. Drinking enough water ensures that toxins released from cells during the session are flushed out.

A well-hydrated body can more effectively conduct sound, leading to a smoother therapy session. Plus, when the body is adequately hydrated, cells can function at their peak.

On the other hand, dehydration can lead to uncomfortable “detox” symptoms. However, these can be avoided with proper hydration.

Depending on the duration and intensity of your sound therapy session, you may need more than the standard eight glasses of water per day. Always listen to your body and drink when thirsty.

How Much Water is Enough?

While the common advice is to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water daily, this might not be the ideal amount for everyone. Factors such as age, gender, activity level, weight, kidney health, and pregnancy or breastfeeding status can affect how much water a person needs.

For instance, those who exercise need more water to stay hydrated.

Men typically need about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids per day, and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters). However, excessive water intake can be harmful for people with certain health conditions like thyroid disease or kidney, liver, or heart problems, and for those on certain medications. Always consult your health provider for personalized advice.

How to improve the quality of water for the best cellular osmosis?

Water without minerals is empty water. You need minerals in your water for it to properly hydrate the body.

After the water has been filtered it will remove harmful bacteria and chemicals as well as good minerals.

The easiest way to make sure my water is full of minerals I utilize a Sole’ solution. This method allows me to produce Sole’ water with plenty of minerals right in my own home with ease.

All you need is purified water + Pink Himalayan salt or Celtic Sea salt. Personally, I use both.
